Please contact us within a week if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items can be returned up to 7 days after delivery, for example, if an item was shipped on December 1st, it can be returned until December 8th. Please note that if the item is "no longer needed," a return request will be denied.

All products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all original packaging, seals, and tags attached), with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned goods are subjected to a quality check to ensure that they are returned in their original state. We reserve the right to refund a product if it is returned to us in poor condition.

All the brands we carry come with an international manufacturer warranty. However, each brand comes with a warranty depending on its guidelines.

To sell a watch, please fill out the entire appraisal form. After you submit, it will be reviewed by our team of experts. Your watch will be assessed based on the information you enter and will help us decide whether or not we would like to purchase it and at what price. (Subject to inspection*)

To move on with the sale, you will then be required to send us the watch for inspection. After receiving it, our team of expert watchmakers will inspect it thoroughly. Following this standardized procedure, we will make you an offer with our final price. To complete the sale, you just have to accept our bid, which will be transferred to you within a few minutes of your accepting our offer, thus closing the deal.
