Eligibility for Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. For example, if your item is delivered on December 1st, it must be returned by December 8th. Please note that returns cannot be processed for items simply marked as "no longer needed."
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition. This includes being unused and unworn, with all original packaging, seals, and tags still attached. Additionally, all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included. Each returned item will undergo a quality inspection to confirm that it meets these conditions. If the item is returned in less than perfect condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a reduced refund.
