RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us within a week if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items can be returned up to 7 days after delivery, for example, if an item was shipped on December 1st, it can be returned until December 8th. Please note that if the item is "no longer needed," a return request will be denied.

All products must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all original packaging, seals, and tags attached), with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned goods are subjected to a quality check to ensure that they are returned in their original state. We reserve the right to refund a product if it is returned to us in poor condition.
